New DCFC Away Kit 17 18

Yellow DCFC Shirt 2017-18 | New Derby County Away Strip 17-18

This is the new DCFC away kit 2017/18, Derby County’s new alternate uniform for the upcoming EFL Championship season. Made by Umbro, the new DCFC away shirt was officially unveiled on 18th July, 2017 and were worn for their friendly clashes against Port Vale and Doncaster last night. The release comes 11 days after the club unveiled their 17/18 home shirt.

The Rams will be sporting yellow on the road next season. The jersey features blue shoulders with a thinner version of the Umbro running diamond design (as is the case with most teams being outfitted by the Double Diamond brand). Blue shorts and yellow socks complete the look of the new DCFC away strip.

Avon Tyres, who replaced Just East as sponsors, appear on the front of the new away shirt.

Looks really nice, the blue takes the edge off the fluorescent yellow in a way that black wouldn’t.

Same colour scheme that Umbro gave Everton last season, of course.

Very similar to Everton’s last change kit true – but there’s was a standard yellow. Not quite the bright fluro which looks a lot brighter in the match photo than the launch.

Doesnt scream ‘derby’ to me though.
