New Balance FC Porto Third Kit 2018-19 | Design by street artist Hazul Luzah

We showed you the new Porto home shirt when it was released last week and the Portuguese giants have followed it up today (June 4, 2018) with the reveal of their new third kit for the upcoming 18/19 season. It has been made by New Balance in collaboration with Portuguese street artist Hazul Luzah.

Luzah, a Porto fan, has taken inspiration from the crest, the club’s famous Estadio do Dragao stadium and other elements from the city of Porto. Continue reading

This is the new Porto kit 2018/19, FCP’s new home strip for the upcoming Portuguese Liga season. Made by New Balance, the new Porto shirt was officially unveiled on May 30, 2018. Porto finished as Liga NOS champions for 2017/18, breaking arch rivals Benfica’s four year winning run.

Portuguese giants FC Porto have inked a contract extension with kit partners New Balance that will see the Boston based firm outfit FCP till 2024. The relationship between the two parties began in the 2014/15 season and merchandise sales for the club have grown 91% since 2014, according to data released.

Porto lost in the Round of 16 of the Champions League to another NB team, Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp’s Reds are one of two NB teams in the last eight of the tournament, the other being Sevilla, who upset Manchester United at Old Trafford. This is the new Porto away shirt 2016/17, Portuguese giants FC Porto’s new alternate kit for the upcoming LIGA NOS season. Made by New Balance, the new Porto away kit was officially unveiled on July 13, 2016.

The Draco Constellation is seen on the front of this black away shirt. Draco in latin means Dragon, and Porto of course are nicknamed the Dragoes (Dragons)

White Porto Third Shirt 2015-16 FC Porto New Balance Third Kit 15-16

This is the new Porto third kit 2015/2016, Porto’s new second alternate jersey for the upcoming Portuguese Liga season. The release of this third kit (revealed today June 25, 2015) completes Porto’s list of uniforms for the next season.

The reveal began with the unveiling of the 2015/16 home kit a week ago, with the brown away shirt following four days later. New Balance have opted to avoid the drawn out wait period between shirt releases and revealed all of them in quick succession.

The third shirt is predominantly white with hints of “atomic blue”. It is paired with white shorts and socks. The goalie jersey is “prism violet” in the words of manufacturers New Balance Continue reading

Brown Porto Shirt 2015 16

Brown Porto Shirt 2015-16- New Balance FC Porto Away Kit 15-16

This is the new Porto away shirt 15/16, FC Porto’s new alternate strip for the upcoming Portuguese Liga season. The release of the change kit comes just four days after NB unveiled Porto’s principal home uniform for the 2015/2016 season. Like the home kit, the away one was also launched with the phrase “Sem Igual”, meaning “Without Equal” in English.

The shirt’s predominantly brown with subtle stripes (a lighter shade of brown), with blue also featuring across the chest. This blue stripe also contains the NB logo and Porto club crest. The cuffs are blue in colour too, with the outfield goalkeeper shirt being yellow in colour with black trim. The outfield players’ shorts will be brown as well, with a blue stripe running down the side.

Last season, Porto used a blue camo jersey as their principal away kit. This design has moved away from the camo and in NB’s words, is a kit “that not only looks good but performs at the highest level

The strip uses New Balance’s NB Flex and NB Dry technologies and will be available to purchase early next month. Continue reading
