New Bayern Munich 120th Anniversary Kit- FCB to wear special edition jersey against Augsburg

Bayern Munich have officially unveiled a special edition 120th anniversary kit that they will wear only once- in their upcoming Bundesliga game against Augsburg at the Allianz Arena (March 8, 2020). The kit celebrates 120 years of the club (they were founded on 27 February, 1900) and takes inspiration from the uniform worn by their 1931/32 side- the first Bayern team to win a German league title.

The retro white and maroon uniform and has 120 Jahre inscribed inside the neck. On the side is a mark stating the special edition nature of the jersey, which also uses Adidas’ Aeroready technology. Qatar Airways appear as sleeve sponsors.

The likes of Thomas Muller, Benjamin Pavard and their teammates are here seen modelling Bayern’s new 120th anniversary strip. Continue reading

SAFC Nike Deal

New SAFC Nike Kit Deal- Sunderland to part company with Adidas after eight years

League One outfit Sunderland have announced a new shirt deal with Nike that will see the latter replace Adidas as the club’s official kit partners beginning the 2020/21 season. The official duration of the deal was not revealed, but SAFC announced that it was a “multi-year” one. The deal will be serviced for Nike by Just Sport.

Sunderland last wore Nike back in the 2003-04 season. Since then, they’ve had Diadora, Lonsdale, Umbro and Adidas as kit partners. The Adidas SAFC deal began in 2012 and has lasted eight years.

The Black Cats are currently 5th in League One at the time of writing and will be hoping to return to the Championship after losing the playoff final last year to Charlton.

Emelec Camiseta 2020

New Emelec Jersey 2020- Club Emelec Adidas Home & Away Shirts 2020

These are the new Emelec kits 2020, Ecuadorean club CS Emelec’s new home and alternate uniforms for the upcoming league season. Made by Adidas, the new Emelec uniforms were officially unveiled on 28 January, 2020 at the Plaza Rodolfo Baquerizo Moreno in Guayaquil.

Adidas have released two shirts- one predominantly blue with a grey sash and the other an alternate with a more modern design on the front.

Emelec, Ecuadorean league champions as recently as 2017 and the second most successful club in the country behind Barcelona, finished 8th in the 2019 season and were eliminated in the quarterfinals by Macara.

Both kits use Adidas’ revolutionary Aeroready technology. Continue reading
