This is the new Roma away shirt 16/17, Italian giants AS Roma’s new alternate strip for the upcoming 2016/17 Serie A season. Made by Nike, the new Roma away kit was officially unveiled on July 21, 2016 and sees the return of the Lupetto, the famous “little wolf” graphic made by designer Piero Gratton. The Lupetto emblem first appeared in Roma’s 1978-79 kit, and was a prominent part of their uniform in the early 80’s and mid 90’s.
The clean all white strip, with red detailing, also celebrates the 90th anniversary of the club’s founding (22nd July 1927). The Giallorossi’s new home strip for the 2016/17 season was unveiled a fortnight ago.
The likes of Francesco Totti and Radja Nainggolan are here seen modelling AS Roma’s new away jersey.
I like the classic badge but that’s the only good thing about it, Nike really need to stop with the templates and start getting creative!
Is that definitely white? Looks almost cream in some of the pictures. If it’s white, I give it 2/10. If it was cream, I’d give it 8/10.
so boring, I almost fell asleep scrolling down to comment about it.
Very nice indeed. I like the shade of white, which seems to be a little off white, and the clean style.
Shame about that crappy badge
Sleek and stylish kit. Even if the top does look a bit like a t shirt.
