More news from Italy today morning, as AS Roma have officially unveiled their new home kit for the upcoming Serie A season. The Giallorossi finished third in 2015/16 behind Juventus and Napoli, thus earning a spot in the qualifying rounds of the Champions League
The new kit pays tribute to Rome’s iconic Colosseum. It features dark horizontal pinstripes against a red base. The pinstripes get thicker as one goes down, and there’s a diagonal line stretching from the left shoulder to the right hip.
There is a yellow band at the back with “AS Roma” written on it, and red shorts (for the first time in 18 years) and yellow socks complete the new Roma home strip.
Looks like all other Nike kits. Not a fan
Is there no team Nike won’t foist this template on? They’re like the sportswear equivalent of Big Brother.

I like the new kit, however I definitely prefer last seasons.
Will still wear this with pride though!
