The League Cup Round of 16 took place in midweek. Interestingly, seven of the eight teams now remaining are all top flight clubs, with Sunderland (outfitted by Nike) the solitary exception- the Wearsiders, now playing in League One, got the better of Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road, wining 3-1 on penalties after the game had finished in a 0-0 in normal time. Liverpool to wear yellow third kit against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League
Liverpool will be giving their third kit its Champions League debut when they square off against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League later tonight. The yellow shirt has been worn only once by the Reds previously this season- in the 3-3 draw against Brentford in GW6 back in September before the international break.
Liverpool currently lead their group, having beaten both AC Milan and Porto on the previous two Match Days. They wore their home kit on both occasions. Continue reading
New Amiens 120th Anniversary Jersey 2021 | Amiens SC Puma White Third Shirt 21-22
This is the new Amiens third kit 2021/22, Ligue 2 club Amiens’ special 120th anniversary strip. The kit has been made by Puma and celebrates the club’s founding 120 years ago (back in 1901, and the words 1901-2021 can be seen on the reverse of the shirt), and takes inspiration from the earlier uniforms worn by the team.
The kit was worn by Amiens in their recent fixture against Toulouse, a clash that ended in a goalless draw.
Les Licornes were playing in Ligue 1 as recently as 2019/20, but were relegated at the end of that campaign after the Coronavirus brought an early end to the season.
