New Sligo Rovers 2016 Jersey- Sligo Joma Kits 2016 Home Away

Sligo Rovers have today (February 4, 2016) unveiled their new home and away kits for the upcoming 2016 League of Ireland season. The new strips, produced by Joma, were launched at the Clarion hotel in Sligo. The new Sligo Rovers 2016 jerseys are the first to be produced by Joma as part of a three season deal they inked with the club to replace previous suppliers Umbro.

Joma’s deal with the BitoRed is also their first ever partnership with a League of Ireland club.

The home shirt is predominantly red and will be paired with white shorts and socks. The colour scheme is reversed for the away kit, which features a white shirt and red shorts and socks. Continue reading

New Whitecaps Alternate Kit 2016- Vancouver MLS Sea to Sky Away Jersey Adidas

This is the new Whitecaps secondary kit 2016, a new alternate uniform for Canadian Major League Soccer outfit Vancouver Whitecaps. Made by Adidas, the new Whitecaps away jersey was officially revealed on February 1, 2016.

The kit takes inspiration from the city’s geography and has been named the “Sea to Sky” jersey by the club.

The shirt begins with dark blue (representing the Pacific) and transforms into sky blue as we move up (thus the theme “Sea to sky”). Continue reading

Albania Euro 2016 Jersey

New Albania Euro 2016 Jersey- Macron Shqiperi Kits Home Away Third

These are the new Albania jerseys 2016/17, the Albanian national team’s new uniforms for Euro 2016 and other international games in the 16/17 season. The strips have been made by Italian firm Macron, with whom the national federation have inked a six year contract running till 2021.

Albania, coached by Gianni de Biasi, made history by qualifying for Euro 2016- their first major football tournament, and pipped the likes of Serbia and Denmark to secure an automatic spot behind group winners Portugal. Their most recognisable player is their veteran skipper Lorik Cana, who has plied his trade for the likes of PSG, Marseille, Sunderland and Lazio in the past and is currently with FC Nantes.

Another noteworthy name is exciting youngster Elseid Hysaj, the Napoli defender, who became his country’s most expensive player following his transfer to Stadio San Paolo
