New Dundee United Away Strip 17/18- DUFC Black Alternate Top 2017/18

This is the new Dundee United away kit 2017/18, Dundee United’s new alternate strip for the upcoming Scottish League season. Made by Nike, the new DUFC away top was officially unveiled on April 26, 2017 by the club.

The strip, consisting of black shirts and shorts, will have McEwan Legal as its principal jersey sponsor again, with J.F.Kegs appearing on the shorts. The Nike swoosh on the front is in white, as can be seen in the pic below.

Dundee are in the Championship for 2016/17 and have qualified along with Falkirk and Greenock Morton for the playoffs, which will determine if one of the trio joins Hibernian in returning back to the Scottish Prem in 2017/18 Continue reading

Osasuna to wear special orange kit vs Barcelona April 2017

Osasuna will wear a special orange kit in their upcoming midweek game against Barcelona after league organisers and TV bosses ruled that their regular strips would clash with Barca’s uniform.

Los Rojillos have worn their green away top to games this season- in fact their last game on the road, against Atleti at the Calderon, was played in it.

Nexen Tire Man City Sponsorship Deal

Nexen Tire MCFC Sleeve Sponsorship Deal- Man City first Premier League club to announce sleeve sponsor

Manchester City have become the first Premier League team to officially unveil a sleeve sponsor after they announced that Nexen Tire would appear on the club’s shirts beginning the 2017/18 season. The Premiership has allowed teams to bring in sleeve sponsors from next season and City have roped in South Korean firm Nexen, who have been the club’s official tyre sponsor since 2015. City’s current major shirt sponsors are Etihad.

Not all clubs might however be able to bring in a new secondary sponsor on their sleeves- Arsenal’s existing contract with Emirates, for instance, prevents the Gunners from displaying another sponsor’s logo. Continue reading
