Scottish champions Rangers will wear a special limited edition white strip when they take on Aberdeen in the league at Ibrox today. The kit, dubbed the “Gallant Pioneers” shirt, is part of the club’s 150th anniversary celebrations.

The words “Gallant Pioneers” have been embossed into the fabric of the shirt, and kit designers Castore have released two editions of the shirt- pro and regular.

It also features a special crest (1872 and 2022) and an off-centre collar, as can be seen in the pics below.

Edit– Rangers, somewhat bizarrely, wore the kit during the warm-up, but didn’t wear it in the actual game.
