Manchester United will be wearing their away kit later this evening when they travel to Birmingham to take on Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa in the Premier League (Game Week 22, 2021/22 season)
United fans will remember that this was also the same jersey the Red Devils wore in their 4-1 away loss at Watford back in November- a result that saw Ole Gunnar Solskjaer being sacked by the board.

Villa & United did battle a few days ago in the FA Cup, but at Old Trafford, so United wore their home kit in that fixture.
Apart from Watford, this cloud white/glory blue away shirt has also been worn by United in the league against West Ham and Wolves this season, with both games being narrow single goal victories. Jesse Lingard scored a late winner against the Hammers while Mason Greenwood helped them edge Wolves 1-0.

In today’s set of games, Watford will also be wearing their red away strip- they’re up against Newcastle.
