New Tottenham Nike Top 17 18

New Tottenham Nike Kit 2017-18 | THFC Home & Away Shirts 17-18

These are the Tottenham Hotspur kits 2017/18, Spurs’ new home and away shirts for the upcoming Premier League season. The Lilywhites finished second in the league behind champions Chelsea and like their fellow London outfit, have switched to Nike beginning the 2017/18 season. Spurs were previously outfitted by Under Armour, and their multi year deal with Nike is reportedly worth £25m-£30m a year.

For the 17/18 season, the Spurs cockerel has been enclosed within a shield- a nod to the side that did a League and Cup double back in the 60/61 season. The away kit is navy blue with white detailing, while the goalkeeper jerseys will be yellow (home) and green (away)

AIA remain principal THFC jersey sponsors for the 17/18 season.

The jerseys, like all Nike tops, will be available in two versions for supporters to purchase.

Slightly more interesting than Chelsea’s, and they do at least have slightly more of a claim to be historically informed with the classic crest (and yes, Spurs did wear a navy change kit in 60/61).

More overpriced off-the-rack template nonsense but it works.

I like the 61 crest but any particular reason for its inclusion? Well, uh… they’re playing at Wembley this season… they won the FA Cup there that season… the sun rises in the east… yeah, I’m stumped.
