This is the new Wolves kit 2017/18, Wolverhampton Wanderers’ new home strip for the upcoming EFL Championship season. Made by Puma, the new Wolverhampton shirt was officially unveiled on 16 June, 2017 by the Molineux outfit.
Wolves finished 15th in the Championship in 2016/17, picking up 58 points from 46 games. Under Paul Lambert, the side managed famous Cup wins over Stoke and Liverpool, but struggled to find league consistency, and eventually had to settle for a spot in the bottom half of the table.
The new WWFC shirt uses a Puma template seen employed by several clubs this season, featuring the “ascension stripe” and a buttoned collar. The Money Shop (yes, with the yellow line beneath) remain principal shirt sponsors, as can be seen below.
