Leaked West Ham Jersey 2018

Leaked WHUFC Home Shirt 2017-2018

This is what appears to be the new West Ham home kit, the principal strip that the Hammers will be wearing in the Premier League in 2017/18. The club had a tough 2016/17 after switching to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, but did enough to secure their Premier League status despite losing star playmaker Dimitri Payet.

While the strip, made by Umbro and sponsored by Betway, hasn’t been officially unveiled yet, these pics, sent by one of our eagle eyed users, do look like the real deal. The Hammers already unveiled their new away strip for 2017/18 last month.

Dislike that Umbro logo stretching all the way down, but looks like that’s the away they’re designing their shirts this season.

16/17 shirt better than this one.

I actually like the diamond trim, it’s a cool throwback to the 70s. As is the chevron on the chest of this shirt, that’s a West Ham classic.

West Ham only wore Bukta and Admiral in the 70s when Umbro first used the diamond trim. The only other Shammers home number to use anything even vaguely resembling the diamond trim was the 07-08 kit. So it’s not based on any previous kit. Better than last season’s effort IMO but still a little “busy”. Hopefully should look better in action than on a hanger like the Everton kit. KISS!
