Alisson wears special “Alloy” Goalkeeper Kit vs Barcelona in Champions League semi-final

This special Alisson goalkeeper shirt vs Barca saw Liverpool’s No.1 don a one-off alloy kit made by uniform partners New Balance for the second leg of their Champions League semi-final against Barcelona at Anfield last night.

With UEFA deeming that all of Liverpool’s regular goalkeeper strips clashed with either Barca’s away kit or the referee’s uniform, New Balance had to design a special jersey for the Brazilian. And judging by his performance and Liverpool’s stunning win on the evening, we reckon he’d like to wear it for the final in Madrid as well!

Alisson made several fine saves, including a great one to deny Jordi Alba on the stroke of half time, as the Reds hammered Barca 4-0 in one of the greatest ever European nights in Anfield’s history. Continue reading

New Celtic Strip 19-20

New Celtic Strip 19-20 | Glasgow Celtic FC Home & Goalkeeper Jersey 2019-2020

This is the new Celtic kit 2019/20, Celtic’s home strip for the upcoming Scottish Premiership season. Made by New Balance, the new Celtic strip was officially unveiled on the evening of 1st May, 2019 by the club.

The new jersey features the club’s iconic green and white hoops and has a polo collar that takes inspiration from Celtic’s first ever kit from 1888.

The star above the club crest celebrates the Bhoys’ famous European Cup win in Portugal, and the back also features a Celtic cross.

Dafabet are front of the shirt sponsors, while Magners appear on the reverse. The goalkeeper shirt will be black, as can be seen in the pics below. Continue reading

New Celtic Away Top 2018-19 | NB alternate kit to feature Celtic cross

This is the new Celtic away kit 18/19, Scottish champions Glasgow Celtic’s new change strip for the upcoming SPFL season. Made by New Balance, the new Celtic away shirt was officially unveiled on June 19, 2018 and sees the return of the “Celtic cross” on the front, paying tribute to the club’s first ever uniform.
