The new Spain kit, made for the reigning world champions by Adidas, was released on Monday ( November 15, 2010) in the Madrid township of Las Rozas. As rumoured, Spain have blue stripes in the shirt ( see photo of kit below)
This Spain 11/12 kit contains a star on the shirt to mark the victorious 2010 campaign of the Spanish national football team and will be worn by La Roja during their Euro 2012 campaign.
Spain will wear this kit for the first time in a friendly against Portugal on November 17, 2010.
Adidas had already launched a teaser campaign for the new Spain strip that featured Fernando Torres, Xabi Alonso and David Villa taking off their shirts and indicating that a change is on the cards. Continue reading
Colombian outfit Club Deportivo Los Millonarios have unveiled a new yellow jersey to commemorate the country’s 200th year of independence from Spain. This jersey, made by Adidas, will be used by Los Millonarios as an away jersey and will be sold in limited numbers.
This shirt is mainly yellow in colour, with blue being used on the shoulders and the side. Millonarios’ current away shirt is white in colour.
Millonarios compete in the Colombian soccer league, better known as the Liga Postobón. Continue reading
