This is the new Chelsea home shirt 2020/21, CFC’s new primary uniform for the upcoming Premier League season. Made by Nike, the new CFC jersey was officially unveiled on 1 July, 2020 and will make its onfield debut in the Blues’ clash against London rivals West Ham later today evening. The Hammers’ home kit, made by Umbro, was unveiled two days ago.
Frank Lampard’s men will have a new shirt sponsor in the form of mobile network Three, who replace Yokohama on the front of the jersey. The word “CFC” can be seen on the sleeve cuff, while the dark tape down the sides has the phrase “The Pride of London”. The jersey will be paired with blue shorts and blue socks, as can be seen in the pics below, and will be available to buy from July 9.
The shirt, in Nike’s words, is inspired by West London’s “long association with master tailors and their exquisite craftsmanship”. Continue reading
