Another leaked picture doing the rounds of the blogosphere and this time it is a picture of the new Newcastle home strip for the 12-13 season.
This picture of the NUFC’s 2012-13 home top, made by Puma, shows Northern Rock as the sponsor instead of Virgin Money, but it is quite possible that the mockups were made earlier and therefore incorporated the previous sponsor.
Virgin Money took over as shirt sponsor from 2012 onwards.
Again, this picture is a leaked one, and whether it is truly authentic or not is something we’ll come to know in the due course of time.

ben is right Nike is going to create NUFC shirts for the rest of the seasons as NUFC signed agreement concerning St James Stadium, which is going to have a Nike shaped logo in the seats, like Barca’s Camp Nou…
it is probebly the new kit cos its leaked all over other sites and just beacause it has virgin media on now doesent mean that cant be it cos that was the sponser most of the season

No, if they designed it in early January I would be surprised, because Newcastles first game with Virgin was vs. Man United
Nike IS NOT next seasons kit maker Puma have the deal until 2014. Nike also have NO interest in the stadium. This was leaked before Virgin got the deal. It has more chance of being real than any other

a shame puma still sponsor them, and this is not the kit, however the 12 13 kit is very much like it just without the rough edges on the stripes, pretty sure.

It will probably be revealed around the 4th of may and then released around middle of May.That’s when it was released last year.@EMMA
