This is the new Gabon Kit 2012, also to serve as the Gabon football team’s CAN 2012 jersey. Gabon are co-hosting the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations ( CAN) along with Equitorial Guinea. The new Gabon soccer jersey 2012-13 was unveiled by kit designers Puma in London, UK on 7th November, 2011.

Most of the Gabonese football team’s players like goalkeeper Didier Ovono, striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and defender Bruno Manga ply their trade in France.

The new Gabon football shirt is in the nation’s traditional blue and yellow home colours and has the photo of a panther ( The Gabon soccer team are known as the Panthers).
