This is the new Inter home kit 2019/20, Internazionale Milano’s new primary jersey for the upcoming Serie A season. Made by Nike, it features the Nerazzurri’s traditional blue and black colours, but broken up by a diagonal stripe design in the centre that draws inspiration from the club’s away shirt from three decades ago.
Inter are currently fourth in Serie A this season, and are locked in a battle with Atalanta, AC Milan and Roma for the right to join Juve and Napoli in the Champions League in 2019/20.
Inside the back of the neck is a cross (a nod to the Milan city crest), with the words “Internazionale” inside it. Pirelli remain Inter’s principal shirt sponsors.
Me no likey.
A bit like those abstract art ideas, but this doesn’t look good.
The shirt design is a bit iffy. But I love the colours used. A few Inter kits over the last 5-10 years have gone for way too dark of a blue, this is the sort of Blue Inter wore when I was younger, more of an azure hence the name Nerazzuri not Neroblu. 😉
