League One outfit Fleetwood Town have today (April 18, 2018) announced that Danish company Hummel will be their new kit suppliers. The new kit deal means the end of FTFC’s existing partnership with Puma (Genesis Sports) that began back in the 2013/14 season.
The duration of the contract was not announced but Hummel’s deal with Boro, also announced earlier this month, was for a period of five seasons and FTFC have said that their deal is also a “long term one”. There has also been talk of Scottish giants Rangers (also outfitted by Puma) moving to Hummel beginning 18/19.
On the same day, Fleetwood also announced that Joey Barton would be their new head coach beginning the 2018/19 season.
Both the new Fleetwood home and away Hummel jerseys will be unveiled in May 2018.
