This is the new Derby County shirt 16/17, DCFC’s new home strip for the upcoming Championship season. Made by Umbro, the new Rams kit was officially unveiled on 10 June, 2016 by the club. Derby finished 5th in the Championship, but lost their playoff semifinal 3-2 on aggregate to Hull City.
Like with Umbro’s recent other release with West Ham, the new kit contains the club’s stadium co-ordinates inside the back of the neck. The shirt sticks to the Rams’ traditional colours, and also features a collar. Just Eat again remain principal shirt sponsors. The goalie top will be a bright orange one, as can be seen in the pics below.

The black trim makes it look like they all have backpacks on
Looks like there should be a parachute attached to the back. Funky goalie shirt though.
Derby never bring a decent kit, but like mentioned above, the black trim does give the impression of fully grown adults going to school. It doesn’t help when you have a sponsor like “JUST EAT”
As the sponsor, I think Umbro didn’t spend much time designing this because they certainly didn’t think it through. I guess it’s amusement for forest fans though!
Looks like a lineup of suspects for operation yew tree
Looks like a golf shirt that my neighbor the contractor wears to the trade show.
Backpack & parachute sprang to mind but already quoted ?
It’s Derby, it’s fab.
Try to combine that with a stormtrooper helmet…
This kit looks like it’s from 2002. Not the best.
