Click here to see the official Liverpool home kit 16/17 unveiled on May 9, 2016
This is what appears to be Liverpool FC’s new kit for the upcoming 16-17 Premier League season, made by their American partners New Balance. The Boston based firm accidentally revealed the kit on their official website for a few hours before realising their mistake and deleting it. However eagled eyed fans were quick to spot it and take a screenshot before it got taken down
Liverpool are generally one of the first teams to reveal their new kit, as can be seen in our shirt date release analysis page here.
The likes of Simon Mignolet, Jordan Henderson and James Milner are here seen modelling the new LFC kit for 16/17.
and there is Emre Can. I think you forgot to notice that. Emre Can having been better than Milner and Hendo this season so far.
Home kit nothings special, but the keepers kit is dreadful!
Must be difficult for a designer to sit down and create something for a club who wear all red. Maybe a case for not constantly changing kit every single season – rinsing money out of fans by tweaking the trim a little bit is pretty shoddy.
Looks like a McDonald’s uniform
Very nice simple design – only gripe is LFC should be red and white. Not red and yellow. I love yellow for Liverpool – but would be better as away kit. Stop messing things about!
haha the third is the worst puke green

I don’t agree with this at all. Liverpool were at the cutting edge of football kit design in the 80’s and early 90’s. Some of the nicest kits in World Football were Liverpool kits from around 1982 to 1995. The Adidas kits during those years fit Liverpool like a glove – just like the same manufacturer did Man Utd – this season’s Utd kit included.
I would agree though, that so many manufacturers – Warrior, New Balance and Reebok just seem lazy when it comes to Liverpool designs. I’d imagine Nike would be the same. Liverpool should go back to Adidas or Umbro. I’d even like to see what Hummel would do with a Liverpool kit.
Nothing special at all.
Looks like an old kit from when Suarez was there
Looks like last seasons kit, So unoriginal and boring. Please bring back Adidas. Please change back to red and white and rather than red and yellow and please have the modern logo back on the shirt!
