Championship outfit Bristol City have today officially given us a little teaser of their new 2016/17 home shirt, made by Bristol Sport. The club will have a new principal kit sponsor in the form of local construction company Lancer Scott, who have inked a four year deal. Lancer Scott sponsored the Atyeo stand in the 2015/16, but have decided to step up their involvement with the club.
The deal with Lancer Scott brings to an end BCFC’s current sponsorship contract with RSG.
The full kit will be officially unveiled on April 25, 2016 (Monday) but the teaser seems to indicate the presence of Twitter hashtags on the shirt, with #MakingBristolProud very clearly visible on the shirt!
Honestly, I should hate that hashtag stuff, but I actually find it kind of an interesting addition.
