This is the new Walsall away kit 2015/2016, Walsall FC’s new change strip for the upcoming League One season. Made by JD Sports owned brand Carbrini, the new Saddlers alternate shirt was officially unveiled on July 25, 2015, on the eve of their pre-season friendly against Premier League outfit Aston Villa
The shirt features blue stripes in several different shades on a white base and is sponsored by HomeServe. It is paired with blue shorts, which have white stripes along the flanks, and blue socks.
The Carbrini logo is seen on the top right of the jersey and on both sleeves, as can be seen in this pic below
Brilliantly original
Not keen.
Use a dark red instead of a royal blue and you would have had a winner but as is it is just not very Wallsall in my view.
8 out of 10 from me.
I like it. Very original. Stripes would have looked better horizontal as then the sponsor would have fitted in the thick stripe that way.
Reasonable enough away kit. Would make a good home kit for Kilmarnock.
Not for me…..reminds me of Wigan a few seasons back.
