This is the new Sunderland away kit 2015/16, SAFC’s new change strip for the upcoming Premier League season. The Black Cats debuted their change kit in their recent pre-season fixture against Mexican side Pachuca in Sacramento.
Last season, Sunderland had a blue alternate this strip, and this season they will be donning a predominantly green kit on the road. The uniform features a tonal green base, with solar yellow trim and features meshing detailing on the sleevers, collar and the hem, as can be seen in the pics below.
The strip is completed with green shorts and socks, again with solar yellow trim.
Green seems to be a popular choice for away kits in the PL this season, with Southampton and Swansea also using plenty of the colour in their change uniform.
The shirt will be available to purchase online and in store only in the second week of August, just a couple of days before the club’s first home game of the new Premier League season against Norwich.
The likes of John O’Shea, Jermain Defoe and Costel Pantilimon are here seen modelling SAFC’s new change kit.

Well, they definitely won’t need a third kit. Green seems to be quite a prominent colour across the Premier League this season, I think this is one of the better ones.
Cool looking kit.
One of the nicest kits of the season right there.

Green version of the template Aberdeen use, very smart.
