This is the new Glentoran home kit 15/16, Northern Irish side Glentoran FC’s new home strip for the upcoming NIFL Danske Bank Premiership season. The new Glens Kappa shirt was officially unveiled on July 16, 2015. This is the first kit produced by Kappa for the Belfast outfit after signing a deal to replace Kukri as kit partners.
The Glens finished a poor sixth in the 2014/15 season, but secured a spot in Europe thanks to their Irish Cup triumph.
Glentoran’s new Kappa home shirt features two halves of red and green, flanked by black sleeves. The shorts are black with red trim. Bet McLean are the shirt sponsors, with the Kappa logo appearing in the centre and on the sleeves.
Kappa will also supply Leeds United and Napoli with their kits for the upcoming 2015/16 season.
Decent.
nice kit.
Might have been better with black socks, but decent all the same.
Not bad, agree about the socks.
What’s that Dutch team again? NEC?
First thing that came to my mind
I could cry Kappa have made The Glens look more like a bunch of Harlequins with this rubbish Kappa more like Krappa
Good kit. Black socks would have been better and no Kappa logo on sleeves but I still like it. C’mon Glens!
Lets go back to the sixties and seventies good old fashioned kits.
