This is the new Chelsea home strip 2014/15, Chelsea’s new shirt for the upcoming 2014/15 season. The new CFC jersey has been made by Adidas and was officially unveiled on April 4, 2014 by Adidas. The Blues are the second Premier League team to unveil their 2014/15 jerseys after Stoke, who released their Warrior kits a couple of weeks back.
