Liverpool will be wearing their 2022/23 season green third kit for the first time this season when they take on Ajax in Amsterdam later tonight (October 26, 2022). The Reds have officially confirmed their choice of uniform for this Champions League clash on social media. They had worn the away kit over the weekend against Nottingham Forest, a fixture they surprisingly lost 1-0 at the City Ground.’

Both Ajax and Liverpool are in Group B for the Champions League. Napoli have already qualified from the group. Liverpool have 9 (GD +6), while Ajax have 3 (GD-4), which puts the Reds in a pretty good position to progress to the next round.

Another round of Premier League fixtures has concluded, and somewhat interestingly, only one away side (Southampton at Bournemouth) emerged victorious. And only one game- the fixture between Crystal Palace and Wolves at Selhurst Park, saw both teams find the back of the net. Continue reading →
