New Ajax Jersey 2019-2020 | Champions League Semi-finalists unveil new Adidas home kit

This is the new Ajax home shirt 2019/20, Ajax Amsterdam’s new primary uniform for the upcoming Eredivisie season. The new Ajax 19/20 home jersey was officially unveiled on 9 May, 2018, a day after Erik Ten Hag’s men were eliminated in heartbreaking fashion from the Champions League tie by Tottenham Hotspur. They were seconds away from reaching the final before Lucas Moura’s stoppage time winner took Spurs though on away goals.

The new Ajax kit retains the club’s famous white and red colours, but has some black detailing as well. The logo, for instance, will be a black one on a white background. This Adidas creation is a nod to their glory years of the 1990’s and pays tribute to the city of Amsterdam, where the club are based. Continue reading

Dortmund 110th Anniversary Shirt 2019

New Borussia Dortmund Jersey 2019-2020 | Puma BVB 110th Anniversary Home Kit 19-20

This is the new Dortmund home kit 2019/20, Borussia Dortmund’s new home strip for the upcoming Bundesliga season. Made by Puma, the new BVB top was officially unveiled on 9 May, 2019.

The new BVB jersey celebrates the club’s 110th anniversary. Inside the back of the neck are the words “110 Jahre – Gestern – Heute – Morgen– Für Immer Borussia Dortmund” (110 Years- Yesterday- Today- Tomorrow- Forever Borussia Dortmund).

The other interesting change comes on the back of the jersey, where the word “Dortmund” has previously been written below the player names. In line with other Bundesliga clubs, BVB will now have the club name above that of the player. Continue reading

Brentford Umbro Deal 2019

New Brentford Umbro Kit Deal 2019- Bees part company with Adidas

Championship club Brentford have announced that Umbro will take over as the club’s kit partners beginning the 2019/20 season. The new Bees shirt deal with Umbro is for a period of four years (till 2023) and sees the Double Diamond brand take over from Adidas, who have been producing the club’s uniforms since 2013.

Brentford finished 11th in the Championship in 2018/19, seven points behind Derby, who took the final playoff spot. The Rams were one of three second tier clubs to be outfitted by Umbro in the 18/19 season- the others being Hull and Blackburn.

The 19/20 season will be Brentford’s last at Griffin Park, with the Bees set to move to their new Community Stadium in 2020. Continue reading
