This is the new Libyan soccer jersey 2011-2012, made for the Libyan national football team by Adidas. This new soccer jersey will be used by the Libyan football team in qualifying for the African Cup of Nations. The release of this Libyan kit is significant because the team will be playing in the country’s pre 1969 flag, used the country before Gaddafi took over.
This new Libyan soccer jersey was for the first time by the Libyan national team in their African Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique.

Libya are wearing a different shirt in tonight’s ACN game.still Adidas but it’s plain white with smaller badge. And adidas badge is on the right hand side, not centre. Have they decided against using the one shown above?
