This is the new Hearts strip 14/15, Heart of Midlothian’s new home kit for the upcoming 14/15 Scottish season. The new HMFC 2014/15 shirt has been made by Adidas and was officially unveiled by the Edinburgh club on April 22, 2014.
The kit is inspired by the Hearts team of 1914 that fought in World War I. The likes of John Allan, James Boyd, Duncan Currie, Ernest Ellis, Tom Gracie, James Speedie and Harry Wattie lost their lives in the War, and Hearts have designed this kit as a tribute to them.
The dark maroon top has a new badge, replacing the traditional Hearts club crest. There will also be no sponsor appearing on the jersey. Wonga were Hearts’ kit sponsors last season.
The new Heart of Midlothian 2014/15 home shirt is paired with white shorts and black socks, as can be seen in the pics below.

Well this is nice!
Love it. Love the collar. Another gem from adidas.
Best kit we have had ever! The collar and having no wonga sponsor makes it
Awesome
Not bad for a Scottish Championship Side, Just make sure you stop Rangers winning that Div
Somebody is having a laugh lololololol crap kit for a crap team
alot better without a big wonga stamped on it, dont mind sponsors unless they are too big and they look bad, nice kit anyway
superb………….like the retro badge.
Wait for it, sponsor will come when the shirt hits the stores..
Is it me or does this shirt have those batwings on in the same colour?
@Eric
The club have already said that there will be no sponsor on the home shirt this season as a mark of respect
@Hthejambo
why?
Looks like a rugby shirt. Bad logo.
Very smart kit …. well done Hearts for the tribute and all the best for next season
@nauf_owl
I assume because it’s a centenrary kit and the mark of respect for those of the team that fought in WW1
A proper tasty kit this. Would be even better if Adidas didn’t have to stick those damn stripes into everything they do.
Not one for tops but have to commend HMFC for their show of respect…
