This is the new Angola jersey 2012-13, Angola’s home kit to be worn at the Africa Cup of Nations in Equitorial Guinea and Gabon. Angola’s new 2012 home kit has been made by Adidas.

The Black Antelopes, or the Palancas Negras, as they’re known, have a red top with white stripes paired with black shorts, as can be seen in this picture below.
