Manchester City will be in their third kit later this evening when they take on Southampton in Round 23. This is the second time the MCFC 3rd shirt will be seeing action in the Premier League this 2021/22 season- City first wore it in the 4-1 win away at Brighton back in October.

Apart from the Brighton game, the third strip has also been worn in Cup competitions- in the FA Cup clash against Swindon (4-1 win), the League Cup shootout loss against West Ham and the UCL defeat away at Leipzig.
City are one of three teams to be wearing their third shirt for Matchday 23- Norwich wore their third kit against Watford last night, while Burnley will also be in their third strip against Arsenal.
