This is the new Dortmund Cup jersey 2021/22, a special strip made for German club Borussia Dortmund to be used in their Cup and Champions League games. Made by Puma, the new BVB UCL shirt was officially unveiled on 15 September, 2021 and made its on-field debut the same evening in their group stage clash away at Besiktas, a fixture that Dortmund won 2-1.
The neon yellow jersey has “BVB 09” written prominently on the front as well as in a more subtle design print across the shirt. The Puma cat logo appears on the front as well as the side with “Dortmund” written on the lower back.
Evonik are principal shirt sponsors of this Dortmund 21/22 Cup shirt, with GLS appearing on the sleeves, as can be seen in the pics below. The jersey will be paired with darker shorts and neon socks with black detailing.

Not quite what you’d expect from Dortmund and Puma.
Would probably be better suited as a training top, but the subtle design on the front probably saves the shirt as a whole.
