This is the new Chicago Fire home shirt 2018, Fire MLS’ new principal strip for the upcoming Major League Soccer season. Made by Adidas, the new Fire home kit pays tribute to the club’s 1998 double winning team and features double white bands on the jersey, again a nod to 1998, but some would say it looks similar to one of Adidas’ recent creations for Bayern Munich.
The shirt will be available in both authentic and replica versions. Other features include a jocktag on the front to celebrate the 1998 double and four six pointed stars (from the Chicago municipal flag) on the back, with the second of them representing the Great Chicago Fire of 1871
