This is the new All-Stars kit 2017, the uniform to be worn by the MLS All-Stars when they take on La Liga and European champions Real Madrid at the Soldier Field in Chicago on August 2, 2017. The new MLS All-Star jersey has been made by Adidas and was officially unveiled on June 26, 2017
For the All-Stars, Adidas have opted for a navy blue top, with stars and maple leaf designs present on the jersey. The Target logo is present in the centre, with three red stars (Club, Country, Community) present on the back of the jersey.
The new All-stars shirt appears to have been inspired by the USMNT’s 1994 World Cup jersey, which they wore on home soil.
The All-Stars faced Arsenal in last year’s game, but lost 2-1 at the Avaya Stadium in San Jose. They’ve played plenty of Premier League clubs in the past, but Real this year will be their first La Liga opponents.
