This is the new Boca alternate jersey 2015, a new yellow coloured creation from Nike for Argentine club Boca Juniors. The new Boca yellow jersey was officially unveiled via the Nike Futbol App on 5 January, 2015.

It has BBVA as principal sponsors, with automobile major Citroen on the sleeve

The strip appears to use two different shades of yellow, a design Nike has used for many of its third jerseys released (Man Utd, Barcelona et al) during the 2014/15 season.
