Brentford have officially confirmed today (November 24, 2021) that their 2021/22 season home kit will also serve as their home shirt for the 2022/2023 season. The 21/22 kit, made by Umbro, is also Brentford’s first ever Premier League kit, and Bees have decided to extend it for another season.
A club using the same home kit for two consecutive seasons is rather rare these days, especially given that clubs do not want to lose out on the money generated by selling jerseys. Continue reading
These are the new Al Ahly kits 2021/22, Egyptian giants Al Ahly’s new home and away uniforms for the 21/22 league season. Both shirts have been made by Umbro and were officially unveiled in the last week of October 2021.
The red shirt below is Ahly’s new 2021/22 home jersey with the other to serve as the away/alternate kit. Ahly are the only team in the league to wear Umbro and have South African Pitso Mosimane as their manager.
The club finished second behind rivals Zamalek in the just concluded 2020/2021 season.
This is the new Ireland football centenary shirt 2021, a special edition kit for the Irish national team made by kit partners Umbro. The Ireland 100th anniversary blue jersey was worn by the national side in their 4-0 friendly win over Qatar on October 12, 2021, a fixture the Irish won 4-0 thanks to a hat trick from Callum Robinson (Shane Duffy scored the other goal here)
The jersey is predominantly blue and the kit was completed by white shorts and predominantly blue socks. The back of the shirt has 1921 written on the reverse, as can be seen in the pics below.
