Chelsea will be wearing their third kit for the first time in the Premier League this season when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor later this afternoon. The green and black jersey hasn’t been used in the league so far, with Thomas Tuchel’s men normally preferring their home kit or their black and yellow away shirt.
Brighton will be wearing their yellow and blue third shirt this weekend when they take on Newcastle United at St James Park. The colours of BHAFC’s third kit matches that of the Ukrainian flag, and profits from sales of this third jersey will be donated to charity.
After wearing black and gold against West Ham last weekend, Newcastle will be seen in their blue third shirt when they square off against Brentford this afternoon in GW27. Victory for the Magpies will see them leapfrog the Bees in the league table.
This is the third time NUFC will be wearing the blue strip in the Premier League this season, having previously worn it against Watford and Liverpool. They took the lead in both games- Sean Longstaff scored against the Hornets, while Jonjo Shelvey netted against the Reds.
