Leicester City will be wearing their mint green alternate kit when they travel to the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsenal on Sunday evening in the Premier League. The Foxes, somewhat interestingly, have only worn this shirt twice previously in the PL this season and neither of them saw Brendan Rodgers’ men finish on the winning side.

Kit Observation- West Ham wore shirt without sponsor against Sevilla | Different shorts & socks combo
West Ham used another new kit combination in yesterday’s Europa League Round of 16 clash against Spanish giants Sevilla. The Hammers were wearing their 21/22 home shirt, but paired it with claret shorts and their white away socks. They also had to use a shirt without the Betway logo- Spanish regulations do not permit gambling advertisers.
Sevilla, outfitted by Nike, wore a white shirt, paired with white shorts and dark coloured socks.
The Hammers however went down 1-0 at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, with Munir’s excellent finish on the hour mark the difference between the two sides.
Kit observation- Rare occasion as Arsenal wore red shorts and red socks against Watford
Arsenal, somewhat interestingly, opted to wear both red shorts and red socks in their clash against Watford yesterday. The Gunners had never used this kit combination in the league this season prior to the game against the Hornets- both teams were outfitted in their home jerseys, but AFC’s choice of shorts & socks took everyone by surprise.
The result went in their favour though- they won 3-2 at Vicarage Road and moved to fourth in the league table, with Man Utd and West Ham both losing over the weekend. Continue reading
