New Southend United Kit 2015-16 Nike Southend Shirts 15-16 Home Away

These are the new Southend United kits 2015/2016, newly promoted League One side Southend’s new home and away tops for the upcoming season. Made by Nike, the new SUFC 15/16 shirts were officially unveiled on July 19, 2015 by the club.

Southend finished 5th in League Two during the 2014/15 season, but gained promotion by beating Stevenage and Wycombe in the playoffs. They will join Burton Albion, Shrewsbury Town and Bury as the new entrants in English football’s third tier next season Continue reading

Birmingham City Away Kit 2015 16

Yellow Birmingham City Away Kit 15/16- BCFC Alternate Shirt 2015/2016

This is the new Birmingham City away kit 2015/16, Blues’ new change strip for their games on the road in the upcoming Championship season. Made by Carbrini, the strip was officially unveiled at the club’s 140th anniversary dinner at ICC Birmingham on 18 July, 2015.

The shirt features a thick central red stripe, flanked by yellow and black on the sides, and is a nod to the 1972 away strip worn during the Trevor Francis era. Many other stars from the 70’s era were present at the launch, and all of them gave a thumbs up to the strip.

The jersey is paired with black shorts and predominantly yellow socks, as the pics below show us. Continue reading

Green Sunderland Strip 2015 16

Green Sunderland Shirt 2015/2016- Adidas SAFC Away Top 2015-16

This is the new Sunderland away kit 2015/16, SAFC’s new change strip for the upcoming Premier League season. The Black Cats debuted their change kit in their recent pre-season fixture against Mexican side Pachuca in Sacramento.

Last season, Sunderland had a blue alternate this strip, and this season they will be donning a predominantly green kit on the road. The uniform features a tonal green base, with solar yellow trim and features meshing detailing on the sleevers, collar and the hem, as can be seen in the pics below.

The strip is completed with green shorts and socks, again with solar yellow trim.

Green seems to be a popular choice for away kits in the PL this season, with Southampton and Swansea also using plenty of the colour in their change uniform.
