New Uruguay Jerseys 2016/17- Puma Copa America Centenario Kits 2016

These are the new Uruguay shirts 2016/2017, the Uruguayan national team’s new uniforms for Copa America Centenario and other international fixtures in 16/17. Made by Puma and officially unveiled on 22 March, 2016, the strip will be worn by the likes of Barcelona’s Luis Suarez, Man Utd’s Guillermo Varela and their teammates on international duty.

The home jersey is blue, as you’d expect, and features a crew neck collar with golden trim. The shoulders have a thick black stripe (on either side), with the Puma cat on it.

The shirt also features the “Sun of May” design on the front. Inside the back of the neck are the words “La Celeste” (nickname for the team), with “Uruguay” appearing on the back of the jersey. Continue reading

New Argentina Jersey 2016-17- Adidas Argentine Copa America Centenario Kit 2016

This is the new Argentina home shirt 16/17, the Argentine national team’s new uniform for Copa America Centenario in the United States and other international fixtures (World Cup 2018 qualifiers and friendlies) during the 2016/17 season. Made by Adidas, the new Argentina Copa kit is here seen modelled by Lionel Messi, fresh from starring in Barcelona’s Champions League win over Arsenal, and the likes of Angel di Maria (ex Manchester United) and Ezequiel Lavezzi.

True to Albiceleste tradition, the shirt keeps the country’s traditional light blue and white stripes. Continue reading

Australia Soccer Jersey 2016 2017

New Socceroos Jersey 2016-17- Nike Australia Soccer Kits 16-17

These are the new Socceroos shirts 2016/2017, the Australian national football team’s new uniforms for their forthcoming international fixtures. Made by Nike and officially unveiled at Henley beach, the new Socceroos kit will make its debut against Tajikistan later this week.

The new Socceroos home kit features gold shirts and socks, paired with green socks. The jersey features a graphic, that according to the marketing folks at Nike, has been inspired by the iconic Wave Rock in WA. Continue reading
