Barcelona will be wearing their yellow Senyera uniform tonight at the Bernabeu when they lock horns against arch rivals Real Madrid. This El Clasico will therefore be a slightly different one- hosts Real will also be seen donning a special black jersey, designed by Yoji Yamamoto (Y3) instead of their traditional white shirt.

This is the new Real Madrid Y3 jersey 2022, a special, limited edition shirt created for the Spanish giants by Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. This special black Real Madrid kit celebrates the 120th anniversary of the club as well as 20 years of the designer’s Y-3 brand. He is not an unfamiliar name to fans of the club, having also designed their third strip a few seasons ago- the dragon Champions League shirt in 2014.

New Barcelona Jersey Sponsor Announced | Spotify to replace Rakuten beginning 2022/23
Barcelona have officially announced a new partnership with Spotify that will see the latter replace Rakuten as the club’s principal shirt sponsors beginning the 2022/23 season. The Barca Spotify kit sponsorship deal is reportedly worth 280 million euros over four seasons, and will see the Swedish music streaming company appear on the front of both mens’ and womens’ kits.
