Does Cech know that he doesn’t need to wear his helmet all the time? Like when he’s gardening, in bed, or drinking a milkshake…I can’t see anyone colliding with his face.

He doesn’t wear his helmet all the time, he only wears it when playing sport. He will have been made to wear it for this picture because he is know globally for his head injury and not many people have seen him without it, Adidas will have noticed this and used it for marketing.
