Somewhat interestingly, Leeds United opted to wear YELLOW socks with their home kit when they took on Chelsea over the weekend. Leeds’ home socks are white, but with Chelsea opting to don white socks, LUFC chose to wear these striking neon ones, which actually appear to be the socks that normally accompany the yellow goalkeeper kit.

There was perhaps a case for Leeds possibly wearing their blue away kit socks in this game, but they decided against it. LUFC were the away side against Chelsea but lost a tight clash 3-2 at Stamford Bridge.
