Chelsea will be wearing their yellow away kit for only the second time this season when they lock horns against West Ham later this afternoon at the London Stadium. The Blues have worn the yellow strip only once previously in the league in 2021/22- in the 3-0 win against Leicester City back in GW12 last month.

CFC, somewhat interestingly, wore their home kit for the corresponding fixture at the London Stadium last season, where they won 1-0 thanks to Timo Werner’s goal and were again in their primary kit for the 2019/20 game, which the Hammers edged 3-2 thanks to Andriy Yarmolenko’s late winner.

The Blues lead the table going into this weekend’s round of fixtures (GW 15) while the Hammers, managed by David Moyes, are in fourth.
