This is the new Monaco home shirt 2015/16, French club AS Monaco’s new strip for the upcoming Ligue 1 season. The new ASM kit has been made by Nike and was officially unveiled on June 24, 2015.
Monaco finished 3rd in Ligue 1 in 2014/15 behind PSG and Lyon. The highlight of their season was their Champions League campaign, where they topped a group that also included Leverkusen, Zenit and Benfica and beat Arsenal in the Round of 16 before falling to Juventus in the last eight.
The new Monaco home jersey retains the club’s famous red and white diagonal design, but with some additional golden detailing. The club crest has a golden border, with a single golden stripe running across each side of the shirt.
The Nike swoosh is gold too, and the white shorts also contain golden stripes to complement the ones on the shirt. Socks are white as well.
