This is the new Fulham third kit 12/13, Fulham FC’s new 3rd jersey/second alternative kit for the 2012/2013 season. FFC’s new third kit, like the already released home and the orange away tops, has been made by Kappa.

Fulham’s new third kit was officially unveiled on September 21, 2012 but the design for it was already available prior to the release. The top features a white and gold sash, and will be paired with black shorts and black socks with white trim.
The new Fulham “golden touch” third kit is sponsored by FxPro, with their logo moving below the crest.

They must have taken these from the Fa premier league handbook. The Everton 3rd strip is in there too. The Arsenal 3rd strip is actually the yellow and recurrent away strip from 2 years ago that was also the 3rd last year.

Not leaked, so as to say- the source’s reasonably well known and the design is mostly accurate because it’s the design Fulham have submitted to the PL, but the strip hasn’t been officially unveiled yet.
