These are the new Ipswich Town kits 2022/23, ITFC’s new home and away strips for the upcoming League One season. The new ITFC 22/23 shirts have been made by Umbro (their first for Town since 1995) after they inked a deal to replace Adidas as the club’s kit partners.
Both shirts are completely bespoke ones- the home jersey features a graphic that is a nod to the architecture of the Cobbold Stand at Portman Road. The red and black away top takes inspiration from two early ITFC kits from the early 90’s (the 92/93 third kit and the 93/94 away one).
The words “Running towards Adversity” can be seen inside the neck of this new ITFC Adidas shirt, with three stars appearing on the reverse.
The new 22/23 ITFC home shirt will be paired with white shorts and blue socks, while black shorts & socks complete the look of the change kit, which also has stripes extending to the entirety of the back of the shirt.
Ed Sheeran continues his shirt sponsorship of the club, as can be seen in the pics below.

Two very nice shirts for Ipswich from Umbro.
Job well done imo.
