After wearing black and gold against West Ham last weekend, Newcastle will be seen in their blue third shirt when they square off against Brentford this afternoon in GW27. Victory for the Magpies will see them leapfrog the Bees in the league table.
This is the third time NUFC will be wearing the blue strip in the Premier League this season, having previously worn it against Watford and Liverpool. They took the lead in both games- Sean Longstaff scored against the Hornets, while Jonjo Shelvey netted against the Reds.

Newcastle games with blue third top in PL 21/22 so far

Liverpool 3-1 Newcastle
Another team to be wearing their third kit this weekend are Spurs, who will be in purple and green against LUFC.

The reverse fixture between NUFC & Brentford (at St James Park) ended in a 3-3 draw in November.
