Days after unveiling their dragon constellation inspired away jersey, FC Porto have followed it up with the release of their new home kit for 2016/17. Made by New Balance, the new FCP home shirt was officially unveiled on 15 June, 2016.
The new Porto home kit retains the club’s signature blue and white stripes, but with a different twist. This season’s shirt, inspired by the 1987 one, features a thick central stripe, flanked by blue stripes (which themselves contain thinner stripes featuring different shades) on either side.
Blue shorts and white socks with gradient blue hoops complete the look of the new Porto home kit. Iker Casillas will wear an orange top in goal, as can be seen in the pics below.

I thought this year’s Porto kit was one of the best out there. Next year, not so much. Too white, and the collar makes it look cheap. It’s even folded up in the official photo!
